1. Crack a whole coconut, empty the coconut water into a large glass.
2. Scoop out the meat.
3. Purée the coconut meat and start by adding 1/3 cup of coconut water in the blender along with the coconut sugar and sea salt.
*you may want to first add 1 tbsp of coconut sugar and taste it before adding a second one (it also depends on how naturally sweet the coconut is, so make sure you adjust to your taste)
4. Adjust consistency by adding more coconut water. If you want to make a salted caramel coconut milk just add all of the coconut water from the shell and blend again.
5. Store in a jar or serve with toppings of your choice. (I quite like it with some crunchy granola or on it's own)
