Beyond the bowl’s philosophy is about embracing a healthy lifestyle that goes beyond the food that’s on our plate. Embarking on a healing lifestyle change, I realised that an unfulfilling career, toxic relationships, lack of physical activity and spiritual practice can be as detrimental to your health as an unhealthy diet. These different things are what nourish you on a deeper level, that’s why it’s important to have them balanced in your life.


Getting to know your body is an essential step into staying healthy. As you will notice from my recipes, I follow a plant-based diet, free from meat, dairy, refined sugar. However, I am not an advocate of one type of diet. I have learnt about so many different dietary theories and I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all diet, we are all different and have different needs at different stages of our lives.The food that is perfect for your unique body, age, and lifestyle may make another person gain weight and feel lethargic. Through my holistic health coaching program, I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you exclusively. I will support you in making gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.


Your mind is your most powerful tool and you already have the power to change anything you want. If you can change the way you think, you can then change the way you feel and the way you act. Scientists show that 95% of our decisions, actions, emotions and behaviour are controlled by the subconscious mind and only 5% take place at the conscious level. Anxiety, addictions, phobia and unwanted habits are a result of a “faulty program” that was installed in your subconscious mind that automatically runs it everyday. Overcoming these is too difficult at the conscious level and for lasting changes to happen, changes must happen at the subconscious level.

I use a unique combination of Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), positive psychology, virtual reality and other modalities that allow me to communicate with a person’s subconscious mind directly to change the “faulty program” and replace it with new positive behaviour. I believe this is the most effective form of therapy when treating emotional and psychological issues. The treatment allows you to change patterns of emotional and mental behaviour in order to enable you to achieve more success in whatever you do and enjoy a happier personal life! There is absolutely no side effect and no changes against your will that can happen.
