What drives me on this journey every day is a passion to empower as many women as possible all over the world to be the best version of themselves. I help women find freedom from the constant battle with food and their bodies. I teach them how to break destructive eating patterns so that they’re empowered and no longer controlled by food.

I do get what it’s like to have an up and down relationship with your body and food because I’ve been there. I’ve developed knowledge and tools from my own struggles and those of my clients’ that I now use in my coaching to help my clients reconnect with their bodies. This is when a real transformation happens. A transformation that goes beyond weight loss, to create a life of  abundance, freedom, fulfilment and purpose.

Specialising in weight management, digestive problems, compulsive and emotional eating, I practice a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected.

As a holistic health coach, I offer a personalised 8-week health coaching program and work directly with clients who are committed to making sustainable change. I help them modify their lifestyle choices while changing their entire mindset around food and body to immediately improve their lives. People who benefit from the program oftentimes struggle with compulsive and emotional eating, sugar and caffeine addictions, lack of energy, lack of nutrition education, digestive symptoms, weight management, poor sleep.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Be it virtually and physically, together, you and I will create your personalized wellness strategy. You’ll discover what to eat and how to implement lifestyle changes so that you can increase your energy, lose extra weight, reduce the effects of stress and feel your best. Each coaching session is focused on meeting your individual needs so that you can achieve your health, wellness goals and personal goals if need be.

My clients are committed to make sustainable changes. They’re willing to put in the time. My clients understand that real, lasting results happen gradually as they implement small changes at a manageable pace. This is not a diet. This is a new lifestyle.
